Meet the Doctor

Dr. Jammie grew up in Gresham, WI.  He graduated from UW-Platteville in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UW –Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2008.  Dr. Jammie started his professional career in Clintonville, WI then moved to Burlington, WI in 2011.   He moved to Seymour in April 2014 and set out to start a new practice to provide veterinary services in Seymour and the surrounding area; including many previous clients.  He was the sole owner of Seymour Veterinary Hospital, LLC in Seymour from 2014 until 2021 and worked as an associate veterinarian in Oconto Falls until August 2024.  

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his children Gabriel and Olivia,  as well as kayaking, camping, hiking, hunting, biking, riding horseback, and fishing.  Dr. Jammie has a dog named Freyja and a cat named Maja.  He is involved with his church (Union Congregational United Church of Christ) and community.  He is also happy to be part of the team at Specialized Veterinary Care of Shawano providing quality, compassionate, affordable care for your pets.
